Notice of disclosure of your credit information to a credit reporting agency (Privacy Act 1988)

Stratton Finance Pty Ltd here in named (THE BROKER) may give information about you to a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:

to obtain a consumer credit report about you, and/or;
to allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about you.

This information is limited to:

identity particulars - your name, sex, address (and the previous two addresses), date of birth, name of employer, and driver licence number;
your application for credit or commercial credit - the fact that you have applied for credit and the amount.

Exchange of Credit Worthiness Information

I agree that (THE BROKER) may exchange information relating to my credit worthiness with those credit providers named in this application or named in a consumer credit report issued by a credit reporting agency to assess an application by me for credit.

I understand that the information exchanged can include anything about my credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity that credit providers are allowed to exchange under the Privacy Act.

By signing this application I / we are appointing (the Broker) to act on our behalf for the purpose of obtaining credit.

I / we declare that the information given on this form is true and correct. I am / we are not undisclosed bankrupt(s) and there are no unsatisfied judgment’s against me. I authorise you to contact any person / company to obtain necessary data. I agree that the information in connection with this credit application may be transmitted by facsimile and/or electronic mail, and I acknowledge that there are security risks associated with this transmission.

Collection of Information
